Hi all, my non lawyer conveyancer/settlement agent (WA) declared that he is related to my buyers agent. Does it matter..? Agent seems a genuine person and property we are looking a bit old needs renovation. Thanks in advance

I paid deposit for a H&L project in the upper point cook Melbourne which is going to title Q1-2019.
(588k -2 story-completed turnkey from a volume builder.)
