The other idea i had in mind was to purchase a warehouse shell and possibly make it as a home, but im just unsure as to what i should watch out for prior to purchase.i find the idea of living in a spacious warehouse alluring but from the point of investment is it a good idea?

I've been driving there quite a fair bit and the overall I'm impressed with the way it's going. Will definitely look into buying there… thanks guys!
