    Thank you so much for sharing your much valuable information. We are very new to overseas market, just have a little experience in investing in Australia. We plan to come to US (Miami) in next few months to do market reseach. It would be much appreciated if you could advise the name of the real estate agent that you are dealing with. It would help us to save a lot of time/effort to choose a realiable one among many unknown.

    Hi Reme,

    Thank you for your prompt response.

    I will have a look on the Cash Flow Gold but seems like it only operating around Michigan…and honestly I got ear full about avoiding Detroit….but I guess everyone has different point of view…I'll dig a bit more about Detroit. Do you or any one come across this post knowing any organised tour for other cities, say Atlanta, Miami and Orlando for now…?

    Thanks again for your advice…who know I might end up in Detroit as well? :))

    Hi Reme,

    "If you can afford just a little bit of your time you'll probably feel a lot more comfortable going over and doing your due dilligance.  There are tours you can do that can introduce you to teams already set up on the ground there.
    I did exactly that and it was definitely worth it, and can give you further information if you want."

    I am a new member to this forrum and have intention to invest in property in US.
    I am currently gathering information and doing investigation. After a bit of research,  I am interested in Kansas City or either Orlando / Miami, Florida and intend go over sometime in March next year. It would be very much appreciated if you could let me know the tours you mentioned above. Thank you. TL
