I am hoping for some tips on the best finance deals.
Am looking to do my first subdivision, so will need:
– mortgage for the purchase of the IP ($220 PP, 90% loan preferred)
then
– Line of credit/construction loan to cover subdivision and construction cost of a duplex on the 2nd block (approx $300k).
