No fees for any deals. Deals vary in dollar value. No strings attached. I will be sharing infomration about a group of investors who together find great deals and help each other out and if you want to be in it or find out more you would need to attend the evening. I am not making any money from this – it is costing me money as I am paying the room hire which is expensive as the group is ready to expand and this is the best way to expand it.

All very interesting that this has come up just now on this forum. I met one of the people who worked at cashflow capital and he did not come across as too honest. Your post confirms my suspicions about the organisation so I will be staying away.

I have had dealings with them a few years back. I will not be dealing with them again as they were giving out incorrect infoarion about the state of the market to make their sales – such as the market is going up in a particular city when it is actually going down. They also mainly deal with negatively geared properties. Not really the place where savvy investors go to get properties.

    Hi Sarah,

I run the Property Investing Networking Group with Jo Bourke. Our next networking meeting is on the 28th August, 6.45pm at Balmain Leagues Club, 138-152 Victoria Road Rozelle Sydney. There is free parking at the venue and a $20 entry fee to cover room costs. You are most welcome to attend. We usually have a great speaker as well – this time we have Michael Bysouth. Michael will speak on mindset and property investing as well as his unique four step process to buying property wihtout having to look at it.

    Warm Regards
    Margaret Hamar

    Hi Stephen,

Have you considered getting a builder to do the entire job as they may supply everything and project manage? The cost can often be the same as if you were to get in a whole lot of different tradespeople. A quote from several builders would also give you a good comparison. Make sure you get a clear answer on time frames and cost . It may also help if you pay the builder weekly while the job is in progress as this may assist to keep the job to schedule.

    Margaret
