Ask yourself these questions.
Do the people that are telling you not to do it have investment properties? Do they know anything about property.
Are they just being negative because of jealousy.
Are you happy with the research you have done and with the figures for this property.

Ask your broker why he has chosen that particular lender and if he has any other lenders on his panel that have little or no early payment fees. Also check with some other brokers.
