    Hi Jones,

I have met with 2 different companies similiar to yours. The first one, 360 investing, charged me $770 for a membership fees. I have decided not to proceed with them and now they're not willing to refund me that fees.
So be careful if they ask you to make payment about a membership fee.
Next week I have another appointment with Bluestone Investment. I guess most of these companies try to rip you off by inflating the properties prices and they are getting huge commissions as well.

Thanks for your reply Paul. But when I gave them my credit card details they did not give me any cancellation form. I only received a copy of the ‘Agreement Form”, and it says that I had 5 days cooling off period. But now its been 3 weeks already, and I only had my second appointment after more than a week. So I am not sure whether I’m still entitle for a refund. They don’t seem to be picking up their phone when I try to ring them.

    Hi all,
I had a meeting last week with someone (Tim Ash) from 360 investing. I have already paid the deposit of $770 but have not signed any building contract yet. Now I do not wish to proceed with them due to many poor feedback that I read online. Has anyone of you having trouble getting a refund on the membership fees?
I have been trying to call them for a refund but no one picks up the phone!

    Cheers.
