    Thanks for your reply. Penguin and Wynyard have come up in our searches a few times so we will check them out. The West Coast is sooooo cheap but hard to find a PM willing due to isolation. We leave tomorrow for 1 week. Will let you know the out come. Thanks again.

    Hi and THANKS for your very valuable opinion. Really appreciate you taking the time to provide insights into the Tassie market, especially your experiences of the cold weather. I have often wondered how much it impacts on lifestyle as I am a hot weather person myself. Will take your info on board and proceed with caution, particularly since this will be our first IP .
