    I have PPOR IO loan and I have applied for a loan for the new IP.

    My deposit payment is due in 2 weeks.

    I currently have 150k in my offset account and two home loans. One is my PPOR and other is IP.

    I am looking to buy another IP for which I would require 75k funds.

    I have two options –

    1. Use 75k out of my 150k from offset account deposited directly to the vendor

    40k is accessible equity sitting in my LOC account.

    Q – is using the LOC on existing PPOR the best way to move forward for upgrading it?

    Thanks Paul – If I have understood it well – basically from a taxation perspective their is no difference wherever you invest overseas be it USA or India/Japan?
