    All of your posts of the past week have been suggesting that “we” the PI community need to look at other means of making our fortune … but know when somebody does have another means (Steve’s forum and seminars) you want to chop that down too. Hmmmm! Sour Grapes, Tall Poppies, who knows but the one thing I have really wanted to say to you is that you are not here to “save” any of us, we are all here to make our own informed decisions. Many are here to learn and share thougths and experiences. Your input of late has been interesting and a positive perspective to keep all options open, but what i spend my money on, be it books, tapes, courses or real estate is my business and it shouldn’t be keeping you awake at night. So stop trying to save us, we don’t want you too!

    I just thought I would resurect this very interesting post that I will give Sooshie the full credit for.

    I think us Newbies can get a lot from and my 2 cents is check out the Deportment of Infrastructure link, it has excellent info.

    Hi RC

    I too listened to Fast Track a couple of days ago and insisted that my partner (husband) also listen to it. I really expected it to be all fluff and a basic marketing hype. I was most surprised to find it had some meat on the bones. So we decided to purchase the Buyer Beware/ Property Secrets Revealed combo. I received BB within a minute and the PSR within 48 hours, most impressed.

    I have only just finished BB a few miutes ago and am very pleased that I bought it. However, in all honesty I did feel it could have been a bit more revealing. But as a starting platform it was most definately worth it. I can now move onto other products to further gain the knowledge that will make me a success. I do think that the templates included in BB are worth the money alone.

    Go for it, it is a small cost to get started the right way.

    I feel that cf+ is very possible and what is wrong with 25 + properties, when they are cf+ then they are paying the mortgage for you. You still have a mortgage to pay with -gearing. And a cf+ property will still gain capital growth while you haven’t paid a penny (or only pennies) for it.

    Sounds like the best of both worlds to me.

    I am quite excited at the moment as I have finally found an area that I feel could be quite an optimal place for me to start my cf+ adventure and am looking forward to buying many in the months and years to come.

    I already have a -geared investment and with the benefit of hindsite it could have been a better deal … but it will turn around one day[:)]

    Hello AD

    As a newbie I would never have know that you are only one property in, your advice and emthusiasm is contagious.

    Anyway my real point for this reply is to thank you for confirming the respectability of Geoff & Paul, recently saw them on ACA and wanted to pursue the seminar, but of course was a little skeptical, so thanks again.

    This is my very first post on this site and it is because of the sensational information that has been shared as well as the genuine sincerity of those offering the information that has prompted me to let you know I think this is a wonderful site and the people sharing are obviously wonderful also.
