    sounds overpriced to me, considering its far location. with 345k, have you considered a 2 br unit in Sydney's inner west? there'll always be  demand in the inner suburbs…. (just my 2 cents )

    (long-time lurker but first-time poster…)

    scored 428, pretty happy considering my age (22). Mind you, when I use my hard earned deposit to buy my first house, I'll probably be in the negative.. eek!
