I am new to your site and plan to go and get your book this afternoon. So what it sounds like you are saying here is that their is hope for people like my husband and I. I am looking forward to reading your book. It took us 15 years to purchase our first house which was 12 months ago and we are now wondering Where, or How do we start with Ivesting in Property. What you have written today has given me hope that Yes we could do this. I am not sure how as we borrowed 95% for our first house but I am sure once I have read your book we may have some answers to at least take the first step toward getting there.
