I forgot the exact wording. It think it says "subject to financial approval", and nothing is mentioned about acceptable to the purchaser. The bank has not seen the building inspection report. Yes I have signed the contract of sale. The agent asked me to sign the contract when making the offer. Yes it is subject to finance and pest and building inspection, which I can get out of the contract if there is a major structural defects only. The house is in Broadmeadows, and the land is around 300m2.
