    ASIC advised they cant do much about it.

    Guys, I got the same offer from this company. I am going to meet them today.  I got couple of questions to ask them based on the forum here.

    The first adviser who set up my appointment with their financial planner said it is ready to move in home. Not sure why it was not the case for you guys.

    Secondly, she said you can claim around 750 A$ a month as a deduction on your home. Not sure how true is that.

    When she gave example, she was referring to a home worth 350 k. Not sure if that is a brand new home or a second hand home ? plus does that include stamp duty + insurance + conveyancing etc…

    She further said they got other great offers like tax claim account. Some guru who worked for ATO for a long time , will preparation , insurance help etc.. etc… is it free for 1st year only or something ??

    I will try to put up some more information, after my meeting with them. Meanwhile if you guys came across something new, pls post it here.
