Anybody who is serious about this transaction can make an offer if they dont like the price I provided.  I'm sure that's how most of us do business in the property market.I've tried to be honest in exactly what and why I am doing this.  Cheap shots from you guys can stop somebody getting a small saving.Thanks anyway guys
