Totally agree with the post that state, that you will not be able to get advice here for investing in Canada.  On the other hand, Australia is a goldmine of opportunities and there is enough money and business success for unlimited people.  You belong here, mate, come back an we will help you. Bring your girlfriend, I am sure she will not regret it.

    Good luck!

    Hi rkhenders,

I would strongly suggest, that you do your own research, find the kind of property you are looking for and also  do the due diligence on it yourself. Why would you let others force you into buying something that is probably mostly profitable for them, and not you. Also you can save thousands of dollars by finding it yourself and it's soo much fun.  So go for it and enjoy the fruit of your efforts.  <moderator: delete advertising>

    Hi Sheran,

You make it sound like the property market is going to close down in a week  and you have to grab the last available good deal outthere .

First of all impulse buying and rush purchases never ended up successfully, atleast I never heard about it.
Secondly, there are sooooo  many fantastic deals out there, believe me, you will not miss out on anything.
Look for some good advice and some education on property strategies, get market ready and then look for the good deals.
You have a good deal of HECS, why do you want cashflow producing property and not quick money. Or even aa deal that can create both.

If you want to talk about possibilities, please contcact me and I will help you to get the right info.

    Hi Lukas,

If you are seriously considering to jump into the property jungle, be very careful. It can be deadly, if you don't have a right advice. And please only take advice from people who are in the game and are winning.

If you wish I can connect you with some very  successful professionals, but only if you are serious.  Be aware, it's not a joy-ride, it's your future (and my time). I only want to save you from the heartache!

Please contact me if you are interested:    [email protected]
