I’ve got a business and a couple of properties in Sydney, I’m looking for my next investment around Cronulla area and looking for a 50/50 investor for a duplex site. I’ve done the research, been approved the funding and can see that this can be quite lucrative, can anyone suggest how you might go about finding investors in your local area?
