I wouldn’t be cladding a fibro home, I have had a reasonable amount of experience with Fibro and PAINT is an amazing thing. Land wise – I have found in the past that depending on the developer, you could negotiate a rebate for a cash offer. I have been able to negotiate $1500 off the block price as a rebate by signing up CASH not SUBJECT TO FINANCE! Worth a try!?![biggrin]
