i have a good friend who is an acca and specialises in Tax . He’s the sort of person who loves to talk about accounting matters. I call him up at home and HE talks for hours ( i write furiously). Conversley when he needs a tradesman my hubby fixes what he needs for free. Win Win
Hi Rob, Hubby and i looked at ‘Franga’ as the locals call it earlier this year but we found the prices were inflated due to what was ‘going’ to happen. We have since found another area that we feel has similar potential and has not yet blown sky high are trying to buy up big.
North Franga is where the bargins are but the place looks like a tip, they really have to get a bit of pride in themselves..
Also they are the only municipality that charge for bloody parking in their shopping centre. With the amount of retail therapy i need it’s costing me a small fortuneHi Rose, i grew up in Sunshine, there are heaps of really solid concrete MOH houses around. They are a bit too pricey for me but geez i wish i had bought my parents $60,000 house when they moved on 20 years ago….
What price range is your unit in?

Seriously though, are you saying to look in towns that are nearby to other bigger towns. And how does the ‘McDonalds rule’ apply t your choice of town?
Great idea, i always forget what i learn in seminars. With CD’s you can take your time absorbing the informatin and you get a chance to brainwash the kids whilst playing them in the car. Double whammie i’d say..

Hi mate, nearly completed my first wrap. It is exhillerating and terrifying.
I suppose i looked at what people could comfortably afford. So we only looked at houses up to $110,000 (we were targeting the working class seeing there are more of them than millionaires). Our house cost us 100,000 and with the FHOG client repayments were around $210.00 , our cash flow is about $80.00 pw.
Next time I might try getting a client first, and get them to pick their own house etc… I just know a few people who have bought a house and can’t find a wrap client, so they have to cough up the repayments until they get one. Stuff that for a joke.
That has been my individual, personal, small fish experience, Please no body can me for it![confused2]Storm boy, Dunno about you, but when i first learned to ride a bike, i wobbled a bit, fell of a lot, but with practice got the hang of it and could then match it with the rest of the bike riding population. Give us newbies a break, i might never catch up to you, but i’m sure as heck going to enjoy the ride.[tongue]
Scott, so is wiping your behind !!!
I’m just a simple girl (the kind you won’t take home to mother) and I’ve found the wrapping process challenging and i don’t think passing it off lightly to a new comer who is interested in employing this strategy is the way to go[hmm]
