    Hi,guess by now you have found a Conveyancing Kit. If not simply go to the newsagents & buy a kit called Simplified Conveyancing Instructions.(REIQ will tell you who sells these) I do a lot of buying & selling & decided some time ago to do it myself. It’s as simple as ABC. My only comment would be to check & double check all details are correct. It is time consuming, however checks can be done via the computer (Citec or one of those companies) and it can save you quite a bit in the long run. Good luck

    Thanks for your reply. My total income is from my own rental properties & I am self employed. I can’t salary sacrifice as such,so I am still in a quandry!javascript:insertsmilie(‘[fear]’)

    Seeing the property was on the hard side to lease,why not keep the tenant happy & suggest you would meet half way with the cable installation cost & maybe his company would pick up the other 50%. I have many properties & have always found a compromise where possible keeps tenants happy & there for a long time. Cheers & good luck
