    Thanks Terry for your response,its appreciated,
    the only queerie i have is that as i read it (0-130 properties… Pg.169)steve McKnight uses trusts.. in short your flying in the face of his printed sugestion.I dont know if Steve responds to the blogs ?? maybe you may wish to wresttle it out on line ??  I was excited at the prospect of multiple entities and as steve says-quote "I've never bought an investment property in my own name.Instead,right from the startI've used trusts" not trying to throw a spanner in the works but…….trusts either benefit us (steve's view) or they don't (your view) lets see if Steve responds as i am sure you will…Yes i will continue to read the forums.
