Hi Kay,
almost there, but theres two bits that no one is guessing, and thats the most crucial parts of all…
…they are small things, but they cannot work without them…
Cheers,
sisHi Yack,
lol… the answer is there, but not all of it, its that little bit, that im willing not to tell… lol
but give it a few mins, couple of hours or talk with some friends and im sure you will know it…
Hi Kay,
had known about it for a long time, didnt have it in mind when i first started off, but after getting deeper involved into property, and wanting to purchase more, is when i really took a real learning to how domino effect works, i do use it, but only on selected properties.
…lol, they dont teach this at tafe, not being critical about tafes, unis and schools, but they dont teach you how to really invest, but instead the opposite…
Cheers,
siswhen i say high risk your property is on the line…
… no strings, no insurance, the property is put on the line….
…. if it goes wrong, you will lose your property, and this is why it is called domino effect…
People who do use the domino effect are mainly property traders… that why, in an earlier post
…you can almost say its like playing shares… (in the high risk and exposure manner)
Cheers,
sisanother post…
Originally posted by BEAR1964:I have been informed by SIS what the domino effect is. I can certainly see how it works, however as he said u got to be careful the dominoes don’t fall.
If you guys go back and read all of SIS’s replies Some of u may even find the answer, I can see it as clear as day (now that he has pointed it out to me………LOL). If u put together most of his replies the answers are already there.
… like Bear has mentioned, most the answer is there, like pointed out, “domino effect” is risky and you dont want the dominos to fall…
Cheers,
sisHi Pisces and RussH,
Good Guess, but not correct,
If you read what Redwing said in another post… link (last post) he is on the ball, but also not correct, but is the closest by far…
…yet, in another post that Chan posted…
Originally posted by Chan$:I am sure eventhough SIS explain what ‘Domino Effect’ techniques is all about, there’re still a lot of questions will be ask. One would say ‘I don’t believe you can do that’ and so for.
… Chan, knows what “domino effect” is, and when i did first tell him, he understood it, but was surprised how easy it is, but there is alot of risk involved…
Hi Yack,
Good guess, but not correct…
Cheers,
sisps… honestly i dont think anyone will get it, as it is very simple, but has been overlooked, so many times, yet also if anyone who does know it, they will say there is alot of risk and exposure…
…you can almost say its like playing shares… (in the risk and exposure manner)
Hi Guys,
good guesses, but guesses arent right…
Cheers,
sisHi Mini,
Good guess, but guess is not right…
Cheers,
sisHi Bear1964 and All,
your right about domino effect, and it is risky like mentioned, if the dominos do fall, you will be and you are exposed at a very high level of risk.
… not a small risk, but a very high level of risk, another reason why i dont mention it, it is because of the high risks involved, that for the forum members, who i do know, who do know of it, will also tell you, its a big risk to take on and worry about….
…. though if you do read over some of the post, like Bear has mention, the answer is there, though i will remain low and quite on what “domino effect” is….
Cheers,
sis…but for many of the newbies and many forum members, if you do look over and search many of my older posts, some of the tips and strategies are shared, but as i did say earlier, not all are shared…
… honestly do you think, the well known gurus such as dolf, margaret, neil, and robert tell all 100%, they tell maybe only 85% but its that 15% that they keep to themselves, honestly do you really think, when we read their books or attend their seminars, that they tell all?
Cheers,
sisHi Guys,
thank you all to the forum members, who have supported me and to everyone who shares their kind words with me…
everything i do mention on forum is always truthful, and never made up, first up i am real, and i do meet up with several of the forum members every few weeks or every second day and when i do, we hang out, talk on the phone catch up, live chats over the internet and see each other pretty regulary…
… these guys that i do meet up with, i have shared plenty of the strategies, not just plenty but they have taught and shown me other strategies which ive been able to combine and yet at the same time produce greater and further results, and then show them better and newer ways to invest, so i do want to say thanks very much to them… [thumbsup2]
Hey Guys,
i will further respond back in about 1 – 2 hours just watching a jamie mcintrye video…
Cheers,
sisHi Jay,
theres alot of things that i dont talk on the forum board, since an episode long ago, but anyone who does know me, i do share most the information openly in person…
… you can ask Kay, we have met before and even then i showed her a few ways to buy property with no money down…
Cheers,
sisps… not all secrets are told, just like dolf do roos and margaret lomas, they might only tell 85% but the other 15% they keep secret too…
Hi Guys,
not a subscriber to API mag, but am a subscriber for both “Money” and “Your Mortgage Magazine”
Cheers,
sisHi Jay,
its all through “domino effect”
Cheers,
sisHi Kay,
theres no real secret, but some creative finance and the use of “domino effect” help you get that bit further…
…but are you going to expo tomorrow kay? if you are, i will see now and organising coming there and will share some creative finace ideas…
Cheers,
sisfor some reason too, i cant post long post, if i do it will not send at all and the page will lag, for long times and will never send through that post….
… the way ive been able to get round it, is to cut my post in half and send one half at a time …
Cheers,
sisHey Chan,
is this really true?
Cheers,
sisthese arent all things you have to know, but they do help quite a lot.. and probably most likley you all know something about each of those, nothing to special, but its just basic things that really do help…
though the most important skill probably and i feel the most is touch typing and i mean typing really fast and being able to talk on the phone or have a convesation at the same time yet abe able to type away… is the number one skill of all… i guess for me… (though again this could be different for everyone…)
Cheers,
sisps… im not sure if this is what you were all looking for, but these things are important for me… i guess
Hey Guys,
alright here is some advice i will give, doesnt have to be all to do with investing but it does all help…
heres what i think is probably important for me, but could be different for everyone
– touch typing
– computer skills
– telephone skills
– demand and supply (equilbrium)
– accounting
– taxation and business law
– peers you can network with
– understanding business and economics fundamentals
– business ethics
– negotiating skills
– risk managment
– listening to other people (and that includes everyone)
– having a small understanding of as many different types of investment vehicles and investment lingo…
