Hi Guys,
Chan’s work, has some how blocked him…
…but for the moment he is figuring how to get round it…
Cheers,
sisHi Milkmanjr,
Also you seem to know when the bubble, as such, is going to burst? Any hints?
not sure if you were talking to me, but there are plenty of signs before a property market crash is about to occur, unlike the share market were it can happen almost instantelousy, there will be lots of media coverage in the weeks leading up…
…dont be to worried, there will be plenty of killing time, before there is a property crash, and you will still have plenty of time to offload your properties, reduce risk exposure and mitigate problems…
…if anything is going to happen, most likely you will hear it here first, before the general public gets to find out…
Cheers,

Hi Mattty73,
best you start off first learning to control a small amount of money, once you have mastered that, then go for the big fish…
…just would hate to see you or anyone lose a large amount of money…

sisHi Yack,
this is an interesting topic,
…but what i would like to see is new term repayment loans…
not just offering the basic 30 years…
but repayment loans over 35 and 40 years… who ever does, will definetly steal a huge chunk of the market…
i know GE Mortgage Insurances offer it, but their rates are still to high…
Cheers,
sisHi Yack,
have you also noticed that CBA, has also become much more leanant with their lending criteria, business loans down to 5.99% and fixed for up to 5 years, family home equity guarantees and there platinum cards with a minimal limit of $12k, dont know what it is but seem to be that CBA are now being the Oligopoly of the financial lending market…
Cheers,
sisHey Chan,
lol, im not to sure on that, everytime we meet, theres something new i learn…
…though maybe we could mentor Tom… have you heard, anything new from him… or is he still about goal planning?

Hi Schardijin,
money may not bring happiness, but money can also keep people focus on goals and ideas people want to achieve…
… one of the biggest things money can do, is buy you time…
… as we are all growing up and trying to position ourselves in life, we sacrifice our time for money, to be able to live comfortable and healthy and so on and on…
but…
as we get older, its the opposite way… we want to work less, so that we can have more time to spend with the family and kids and what other important reasons for you…
… that time is more important for you now …
many will say to be able to subsitute time you need money, to replace that time… so your time can be free… to do the things you want…
Cheers,
sislol…
Chan… you probably know as much as me…

…one thing you should try to remember, sourcing out cashflow or growth properties are just as hard as one another, even when determing for the right deal and when searching for the right one…. with a thorough due dillegence, the hard work can be very rewarding… good luck on your road of success!
