Forgot to mention about walls,was told if we wanted to pursue damages we would have to pay to go to tribunal where as tenants didn't.Which she knows.

Well found the lady who had rented house is manager of that real estate.Basically filled out want she wanted & we weren't sent a copy of it.
Spoke to new person looking after house & was told they can put things on walls but only had to patch & not paint walls.Doesn't seem right that.Going to look into that.
