hi all a year and a half now
we have just got shire approval for a caravan park and cabins .. all in all we are doing gr8hi all 9 months now doing great … have moved into the school building now ,, we can sell the headmasters house after we have subdivided .. we have a offer of 95k for it ,,mining company has oferd to set up accomadation on our oval . for 2 years . just working out the details, kids are doing gr8 ,,

hi the banks have a formula for working out how much you can borrow ..the more kids you have the less you can borrow …if we had only 3 kids we wouldn't of had a problem ..but when the banks did there call thy worked out our borrowing capacity in the negative …when we went higher and got to speak to someone with commonsense thy saw we could service the loan ..

stick with it ..if you don't give up you will get there …we had lots of knockers but we worked hard on getting finance and got it …i must point out thou we havant got lots of cars we had 2 cars ,,one now as we sold one and a truck ,,we only got the truck to save $$ as we are moving some 3000klm and revivalist would cost around 8.5k …we will be able to sell the truck for at least 10k .i bourt truck at auction for $3500 ..so we will make a profit on the move and pay of our loan sooner

1 yes we are as long as we are living there
2 yes it will but only if and when we go we cant inform that something is happening until it dose
3 yes we do but both wife and i have organized jobs when we get there
4 hundreds of $$$$ in fuel is better than thousands of $$$$ in flights and will get beter price for car and truck in wa ..
like we said we dont wont handouts we wonted a loan ..if we where bludgers it would of been eser to of just sat on our arse and colected charity .as for our move 2 wa we are from wa originaly ..now to our kids ..wow we wouldnt change them for the world ,,and no its not for the hand outs ,,we didnt get any ,,we had our kids way before that rubish..

we got finance …our payments are 367.89 per month …crashy are you sure we can afford that …cheapest rental we could find was a trust home at 110 p/week ,,,, now to all the people that helped thank you …now lets address crashy ..pleas do sue me ..ill counter claim ..and as we didn't need to use all our savings we can afford a solicitor ..ps as the action was in Australia you would have to make the application in Australia ..now to set the record straight ..we had our kids before i went on the pension ..i tried to set up a business that centrelink new about as we keep them informed all the way ..as for telling them about our friends moving in with us ,,well how can i tell centrelink as it hasn't happend yet ..as for asking for a big chunk ..well most people get all their mortgage from the one place …we can now sell our car when we get there ..and get a smaller one ..we only had the parado for our business ,,,we dont like hand outs ….as for the heading of the thread ..our family need help … not a hand out …we were oferd the monies at 20% by 2 people ..over 2yrs .. crashy plese dont judge a book buy its cover ..and tar everyone with the one brush…IN RESPONS TO CRASHY

thank you …you read our comments ..we did have our kids way before i had my accident ..and before i went on the pension,,
anyway ..after all the crap i have had on here i am getting to the stage to give up ….i am beginning to understand why there are so many dole bludgers around .. you try and get a hand up and you find there are a couple of nice people out there but a lot more people that wont to judge and push you down again and again ..to all the genuine people on here we thank you for your supportive comments and phone calls ….but we cant put up with the low lives that have called and abused and swore etc (they no who they are } may wife was in tears after she answered one call ..

once again and for god sake listen to wot i say ,,, we had our children before i had my accident ….we could afford our kids ..but things change ,,and i am now in a situation that makes it hard if not impossible to get finance ..as for a poser well how dose asking for help to get a loan make me a poser ,we ant asking for a hand out ..,do you have a mortgage ?? dose that make you a poser ..its people like you that think thy no people without knowing all the facts that make this world a sad place ..i am actually starting to feel sorry for you …and after reading all your posts 700 plus of them …we thought you might be a lonely fellow ..so we will send you a email and invite you over for tea ..maybe after someone reaches out to you ,,you might be able feel happy again …if i could turn back time i would ..we are not proud to be asking for help but i am trying to do the best for my family ,,i haven't sat on my behind both my wife and i have been studying , and hope to get of the pension asap.we are not taking the easy way out and siting idle taking handouts ..yes we are on the pension ,,and i suppose you could say that is a hand out ..why do you think we are doing this then ..we don't like being on it ..we actually hate it ..but we no if we work hard and try to improve ourselves we will succeed….asking for a hand ..for me is very hard ,,,as i have never asked for anything from other people in my life ..hi yes we have ..again we cant get a loan as we have 5 kids ..if we only had 3 we wouldnt have a problem ..we could of got a loan for up to 210k ,,

If you have been struck by bad luck and misfortune then I sympathise and I am sorry. I do however think it is selfish of people to have children if they cannot afford to look after them. Does anyone disagree?
we had our children pry-er to my injury …and no we didn't get any hand outs nor did we expect any …i was a hard worker and wish i still could be …also we are trying to get of the system that is why we are trying to buy the property ..i have been studying and am intending to work once we get to wa ..have a couple of work prospects ,,,very hard to get work when you have injuries no mater wot the injury ..with so many compo clams …i for one believe people should where possible take responsibility for there actions and not blame ore try to blame anyone else ,,i stuffed up and because i stuffed up i hurt myself ..no ones fault but my own..so why should i have gone an compo …yes i could of …but i have morals ..and i blame myself ….or should i say my stupidity ..i am grateful i have a supportive family ..

we cant see h0w it can be a high risk we have 50k deposit ,property is valued at 205k we have more than enough cars ect to sell ie 2004 toyota parado grande value 35/40k isusu truck value 15/20k we have to live somewhere …we like the country ,, only 16 klm from a regonal center …plus first home buyers 14k come on ppl think outside the square ,,, we can make a living out of the position ….we dont wont to lose our 50k so we wouldnt be trying so hard if we had any thourt we couldnt make a go of if ….
hi its 250 klm north of perth dont wont to discose the property as i dont wont to lose it ,,pop is small 150 but is onlt 16 klm from a regonal town ..it is on a main tourist hwy and transport hub ..we have 50k deposit …we have to live somewhere ..we pay 350 p/week and paing someone elsis morgage …so the banks think its beter to pay other peoples morgage than pay your own the building is in fantastic condition as gov spent 250k on it not long ago ……
hi house has 7 bedrooms we no we can pay 350 p/w and rates ect oldist kid is 14 ….we can also deprive at least 300 p/w from the property …we only need 60k …the property is a whole school that closed 1y/ago gov spent 250k on reno 6months pryer to closing ..it also has the headmasters 3 b/room house with it ..it is zoned residential …i have payed a 10k depst ..and had my offer accepted at 110k … wot is wrong with the banks …we no we can afford repayments ……prop value is 205k we have over 70k werth of cars trucks ect we will sell when we get there ..the 1988 isusu is a remuvalist truck ..we dont wont to sell untill we get over there or we will have to pay at least 8.5k for a removilist ….
