I called the strata managers today and they told me i would have to pay $100 to get a new key,which i though was pretty steep for something which should have been included in the first place.Isn't this kind of stuff covered with your strata fees?I will call the locksmith today to see if they can get me one cheaper.
Hi Sprunk. Forget about the agent, he's moved on. Get a locksmith. It's a good idea to have all the locks changed anyway upon moving into any new place. I always have them changed between tenants.
Yeah.l guess i could do that for the mailbox.though the garage is underground parking with a remote to get accsess so not shure they can help.thanks
Ok.I have put that property out of my mind for the moment.I have found another place im interested in though it happens to be listed with the same REA.If i decide to make an offer,will this make it hard for me to negotiate because he already has a rough idea of my walk away price?
Ok this is how it panned out.I put in a offer at 252 which got rejected,went up to 256,got rejected again then went to 260 which also got rejected.At that point i was told he would not accept anything under 266 so i had to walk away from it
Ok thanks.So i should request 6 months worth of statements for the other account?(they just charge so damm much for a statement).And yeah i will keep all my paperwork from now on
