I have a block in country Vic. with a planning permit for two units. I would like to know the likelihood of there being any builders interested in erecting one unit to lock-up stage with me labouring. Basic construction like timber floors on steel sub-floor, weatherboard and corrigated iron cladding etc. Virtually everything ordered and ready to erect.
