    Values from the bank are nothing to take to heart!!

    These are conservative values that the bank can use to sell your property the next day with ease.

    For Sale: Iraqi rifle, never fired, dropped once.

    I would always go for a house personaly, but I guess the house would be further away from the CBD if your looking at the same cost.

    You need to go out at look at both options and find one of each and then compare them. This way you would have all the information to make a more definate descision.
