I attended Steves Market update in Adelaide last night and this conference was mentioned. does any one have any further details about it, such as location it is being held, any itinerary for the conference? just trying to work out if i am going and some of the logistics.

I agree Rosie but it would be up to the landlord of the offending tenant (assuming they are renting) to make the moves to stop the behavior and to being the eviction proceedings. If the tenant is paying the rent and keeping the place in order they may not wish to pursue it.

I was just wanting to look at the chances for a loan as I was worried about that the most. I know my deposit is low right now but should be getting a boost after tax and when my partners current contract finishes.
