Don’t quite get what you mean. Are you advertising your services as a spotter, or are you interested in the property, and if so, what do you need to know about it?

You can also have a look on realestate.com.au to get a bit of an idea.

Weekly rent from property, divided by 2 is the max amount (in thousand) you should spend to buy the place… eg rental income is $100p/w can pay max $50,000 to buy the place

Know what you mean Anna. None of my friends are in to investing, they’re all relying on tattslotto. My best friend got herself a credit card for emergencies only… the first emergency was that she needed a Playstation 2! Good to be on here reading about other people who are actually making realistic plans to create money.
