Thanks Steve for clearing up the video bit. I spent 2 hours thinking it had gotten mixed up with my son’s collection of Teletubbies and Thomas the Tank Engine videos. No wonder I didn’t find it! [:0)]
Okay, so the next point is. Anyone want to lend it to me, so I can watch it. I’m more of a visual person, considering my mum is deaf in one ear and my dad deaf in the other, their voices were pretty loud and as a result, I think I’m going deaf. Or is it just selective hearing…hmmmm? []
Peter, could you email me the spreadsheet again please? I’d like to have a looky looky.
The common consensus from all my friends who’ve read his books is not very promising. They say not to bother, so I haven’t. Do you think I should read it or is it a waste of time? By the way Angus & Robertson has “The Richest Man in Babylon” by George S Clason on special for $12.95 at the moment.
It’s in the current catalogue, Pg 5 http://www.angusrobertson.com.au/storeevents.asp?defpage=5
I’ve been told very good things about this book.
I’m not sure what the NO Brainer Video is even though I have the wrap kit, maybe I missed that.
Have you put any offers in for these houses or are the prices advertised the prices you are using for your calculations?
Steve might correct me here, but not always will the calculations fit the 11 second solution. The interest rate might also make a difference to the equation.
I’d love to have a look at your wife’s spreedsheet. I’ve been waiting for 6 months for my husband (who’s into computers) to get one together [] !!!
Once again I agree with Regina and Felicity! Been there done that! The only one I’m waiting for is Steve’s next seminar. Hey Steve I’m your new cheerleader []!!!
Save your money, visit the library, spend the $1.00 to reserve the book till it comes in and Hey Presto you have free education. [] I’ve heard of Brad Sugars (who’s review is at the web site), by the way, but your better off just going to QLD for a holiday! I’m desperate for a holiday…
Have a great weekend (my in-laws are coming over so think of me)
Cheers
Sarah [] aka Sooshie (see I told you I need a holiday)
I’ve been to MANY seminars and pretty much they’re all the same (if they’re free)
I think you will be pleased to know that Steve’s seminar is NOT like THOSE seminars and WELL WORTH the money. Read some of the postings (there are about 4 pages worth) in this forum and you will see a wealth of information and the fact that there is a web site set up with an open forum such as this, is testimony to the fact that the PI group are not fly by nighters.
Your question is a legitamete (please ignore my atrocious spelling []) and most would not be offended.
If your going to Sydney seminar you are bound to have a great time. My hubby went to the Melbourne seminar and it took a week to scrape him of the ceiling! We’ve also acted on what we learnt.
I should mention that I am not paid to be the PI cheerleading squad but finally after all those baloney seminars we found PI and we’ve not been disappointed.
Come on everyone, add something even a little link,
says Sooshie with a wink []
If you have to get me to rhyme
You know I have no time
To find the link on wraps
So can I depend on you perhaps?
Cheer
Sooshie []
p.s. Would you believe I passed English in VCE??? []
I guess the kids have other plans for their mother. One wasted free pass to the Property Expo. Probably a blessing in disguise.
Did anyone go in the end? See anything different or was it same all same all?
Let us all know…put up a post
It’s the weekend. Yaay!
How is everyone liking the links? Are there any dud links or one’s that you feel should be deleted? As you can see there are 3 pages.. Let me know if there needs to be some chopping or changing or whether a new one should be started?
I still have problems locating a link to Vic country (or any other state for that matter) realty links. The one’s I’ve looked at are the owners selling their property at their idea of what its worth, which is generally a emotionally derived figure.
I haven’t bought any of John Burley stuff, I thought he did wraps in the USA? I didn’t want to get confused with international wrapping and here at home. Could someone please explain his relevance in Australian market? I’ve been to the website, but I think I’ve lost the plot there.
