For people who don’t have time, it looks good, BUT remember, they need to get paid for what they do, then the people they work for want their cut and you get what’s left over. I was told by a very reputable lawyer, “Don’t sign anything until I’ve read it first”. As with anything ‘Caveat Emptor’. He also said that if a contract is not complete, don’t sign it until all components are in place. Hope this helps []!
