I have both resources and have found them very useful and educational.
I suggest you email admin@propertyinvesting.com if you want any information on the products mentioned in above posts and regarding the broken link.
Spanner, I’m sorry to hear you were burnt before. Could you (if you are willing) elaborate on what…[Read more]
I think it depends on the tenants motivation. I was always taught “You don’t s..t where you eat” I’ve known people who’ve rented for over 40 years in the same house and other than normal wear and tear the house is immaculately kept.
In 6 months, I will send out a gift voucher to our ‘tenants’ to thank them for keeping the property…[Read more]
I meant to reply to this post before I was sidetracked by my children wanting to play on the ‘Bob the builder’ website.
Anyway…
Prices just before I went overseas on my June holiday, went sky high as they had investors purchase site unseen over the phone. Co-incidently straight after Steve’s last seminar []
I think the last severe…[Read more]
I’d go the more conservative way as Stu suggests. Although in fairness to Picja, I think his approach is creative, but I think you really need to know what you are doing before doing the ‘super’ thing.
On what basis did you pay the mortage broker? Is this part of accessing the low doc loan as Picja mentioned or is this an independant…[Read more]
Andrew!!! Hey there []
The 10 people who’ve been chosen have a very special priviledge and I hope they enjoy themselves as they embark on the journey.
Dave, it’s great to hear that you’re going to be a ‘Daddy’. I always get clucky when I hear someone is expecting, I guess that’s my profession though.
Anyway, C-Cing is more confusing…[Read more]
I guess that’s like Dayelsford in Victoria. The lend is generally 70% LVR. There are exceptions of course. I don’t know if checking the postcode helps though, in the Dayelsford area. Maybe someone else knows about this.
Welcome to the forum and feel free to play with the buttons and icons you see. They uncover a plethora of information.
Here is a link already started, with regards to acronyms… https://www.propertyinvesting.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2233

Thanks for the insight. I always wondered how they could manage in 2 days to complete an entire transformation. I know how long it took me and my hubby to put up a pinboard for my son’s artwork, 2 hours later after spending approx $75, it was well worth the smile on Phillip’s face, but I couldn’t imagine being able to do artwork from…[Read more]
The way you measure success, or in fact a success story, may be different to the way I’d measure it.
Having a mother of 8 (almost nine) make her first repayment, is a success in my eyes, yet others wouldn’t have considered her a potential wrappee in the first place.
Any holiday plans yet?
Sure you can use whatever you think will work! I think she was really proud of herself (so she should be [^]) and that’s a really good thing to encourage. It is a really big step, first in buying your own home and then trusting someone other than a bank to help you achieve that goal.
I hope your wrappees react the…[Read more]
I’ve heard of them, I think there was a mention in a post ages ago, anyway, maybe do a search on a web engine (ie. google or yahoo, alta vista etc).
What sort of property are they building? Commercial? Residential? Inner city? What’s the entry price level and is it negatively or positively geared (I think it’s negative, but you…[Read more]

Well actually I’ve been burnt. I’ve mentioned this a number of times..so indulge me…but let’s just say this is one of my PI campaigns..to enlighten unsuspecting people to the greedy companies preying on their vunerabilities…(WOW Sooshie’s harsh today!!!) If I can help enlighten one person, I’m a happy camper. [8D]
Edgewise, I’ve seen this happen too and heard it on the phone. The RE agent had changed his rod for a net due to the sheer numbers of calls. His web site was 2 weeks out of date because he didn’t have time to update it, due to the frenzy.
I think AD mentioned the key as did Mini in other posts. Do the numbers and use your head not…[Read more]
I’m sure Steve would be happy to post you a copy. However it might be easier to ask a local and large book store if they can order it for you, as they are being released in NZ.
To be fair, they could be legit, but I’d do some homework on them first. Maybe you could ask for a list of customers they’ve helped and you could call or email them your questions.
Do a web search on them…
I’m just really cautious…
