    Hi Jonathan,

    There are Canberra property like-minded people that meet together every 3rd Wednesday in the month at Fyshwick.

    The next one is tomorrow night with a range of people with different skill sets and are willing to share and learn.

    Hey Ryan,

    Just putting it out there on forums, plus networking alot!
    Try and speak to as many people as possible.
    Once you have a couple under your belt it will grow from word of mouth.

    My aim is to provide a wide range of information about property so people have better choices to make for their own strategies and situation. Did you end up finding the networking group in Parramatta?

    What I did first was to find out if people are interested in attending & get feedback before putting it on.  

    I hope that's helped though!

    We had about 29 people all up with speakers, which was fantastic!
    Great start and they are looking forward to April's too.

    Absolutely every 3rd Wednesday in the Month….. 11 times a year!

    Very exciting the March one was great lots of great feedback.

    I will be posting details here this week, just been a little crazy with my biz.  It's still a go though!

    21st April 6.30pm – 8.30 pm at Fyshwick Off DFO.

    Thanks, well anytime your down this way on the third Wednesday in the month, please feel free to come along!

    I do know there is a networking group in Sydney. I will let Jane know so she can give you the details. Don't quote me but thinking it's around Parramatta area. It's a great way to learn & share ideas with like-minded people.

    Hi Sienna,

    It would be a place where like-minded investors can meet monthly for tips and ideas.
    Having the main topic on property investing at this stage.
    Great for people starting in property right through to advanced investors!

    Getting speakers in such as developers, renovators, Real Estate agents, brokers, commercial investors talking about how they have done it & tips along the way that they can share with fellow investors.

    Hi Sun,

    I am a RESULTS member. I can say it has been great.
    They are there to help you move forward, in the direction you want to go.
    I have thoroughly enjoyed the journey I know I have come along way since the start of the program. I have also meet some wonderful people to share it with, & the whole team is so supportive.

    But remember answers aren’t given on a platter.
    By thinking & acting yourself is the key to make things happen, staying focused on what you want to achieve.

    Hi,

    I have been getting them in my mail box the last few days, but I haven’t actually read it, until now.

    I get so much junk mail come through which I delete as it looks a little odd & then block them. It stops eventually until they come up with another thing.

    I would like to know if there is something out there that can stop the scammers.
