hi rhys im sceptical as well. i did a search on his reno project in ballarart, the dearest house in the cbd came back at under250k??? so why would someone pay 450k plus. i hope some one will explain this to me. i also sign up to his newsletter http://www.propertysystems.com.au to be told that they would get back to me with in 6 hours,that was a week ago.so who knows
