    I have a property in Perth that isn't selling and I thought that perhaps offering a rent to buy deal might be a way forward. Is there anyone who has had experience with rent to buy deals in WA, preferably Perth?

    Redwing – I’ll probably get it for around 200k. I had the idea of keeping it (rented) for at least couple of years and then cash it in. The rate of capital growth in Bassendean would have to drop a fair bit before it became unviable as a negative gearing prospect…

    Just on these No Doc loans – what sort or interest rate and LVR is available to PAYG eaners who don’t have significant assets yet.

    Sorry, should have specified that this is a property which I intend to occupy – rather than rent out, on sell etc

    Suggest you try Roy Weston. Haven’t tried them myself but they are amongst the newest in town and are probably keen to make a good impression. I know that at least one of the principals has had good business success in Kalgoorlie in the past, albeit in other fields.
