    Hi there
    I am new to this forum and this is my first post.
    I am also about to embark on a small development, 2 townhouses, in Bayside Victoria.
    I need help. Am at ground zero at this point. Need an honest designer and builder.
    Any help appreciated.
    Would love to hook up with anyone else in my position so can share expereinces over
    the phone etc.
    How do you choose a good designer and builder?
