I'm no expert either but I think you want a discretionary trust. Its then at your discretion as to where the funds go.

Did you have to do any drilling for underground mines? I have been told it is now a reguirement to submit a geo-technical report that includes a drilling report?I am planning a 3 house development in Bundamba/Dinmore area and have been told of this requirement.Sid
