Thanks for the prompt response and the useful information.

But my question may have been a little unclear. What I would like to know is while I am in the search for a first IP. How would I be able to obtain information in realtion to the Vacancy Rates and Average Rent of properties in a certain area.

I hope this is easier to understand.

As a new member to both this forum and the Property Investent game, I would firstly like to say a big hello to everyone [].

Currently, I am still in the process of aquiring knowledge (uni degree and investment) while my property count stands at zero.

It’s very inspirng and helpful to hear of your investments, looking forward to learning more and perhaps adding my own “two cents” at some time.
