Hi Linar,Does that only apply to a spouse? or can it be done within the family. Say can my parents put my name on their PPOR property and the loan without the need to pay stamp duty?

Ohh i see,so whats the difference?Is it likely/common that a valuation for statutory/ratings purposes would be much higher than one prepared for market value?
