    Hi Cattyby, I have used BMT Tax Depreciation Specialists who was recommended by my property mentor. Great service and got heaps back in depreciation! Even if you have already got a depreciation schedule done, if BMT can't get you more that your current report, they don't charge, which i think is great! Good luck!

    I've used BMT (they were recommended by our rental agent based  on recommendations from other clients) and have had great service from them. The cost was $500-$750 depending on whether they have previously visted the property and had details on file (ie if it is an apartment block). Their report includes straight line as well diminishing value and provide pro-rata calculations for the first year as well.

    I've also used ATDS which are similar in cost but their report only provides diminishing value and they do not do pro-rata calculations (advising that the info you need to calculate is in the report for you/your accountant to calculate). I'd recommend BMT over ATDS.
