Yes my husband and i attended the 2 day free seminar and loved it best one ever, so we signed up for the 5 day course in melb but realsied after the 3rd day they were just trying to sell their properties and it was working for many people, couldnt believe our eyes and ears. Ended up claiming their money back refund guarantee luckily and as for the cost to fly from Perth well we were going to melb anyway to look at properties so it was ok.

We ended up buying land on our own and a 4 x 2 house (building for $307,000) 15 mins from melb city where as they were  spruiking 3×2 townhouses for $450,000 each and they were selling like hotcakes couldnt believe it!!!

    Stay away from them!

I have a property investor trust (PIT) and company trustee from Chan Naylor. I do not recommend them as we are having all sorts of problems with obtaining more finance. Banks do not like hybrid trusts – let me tell you!!! Banks were picky with hybrid trusts before the credit crunch now even pickier.  Ended up getting finance for the 1st invt property using the PIT etc but were limited to 2 lenders at the time, maxof 80% LVR and a higher penlty interest rate/ exit fees etc

We spent over $3000 to get the PIT and company name and will not be using them going forward, going bank to individual names only for everything for now.  regards, Angela

We have found Steve Sims of Need a Loan Now, ph: 08 9581 9409 or 0418 885 705.  Has a huge amount of experience and knows what the banks want and how to structure things the best. Also gave us a deduction tip that saved us $4500 in tax (our prev mortgage broker never told us).  Can be done over phone/ email etc like we do. Cheers, Angela
