The property is in Qld.Unfortunately the other owners in the complex are as disengaged as the Body Corporate as the problem only effects my unit!  Getting very exasperating and will be going to the Commissioner to mediate a result, but am just struggling to get things done on a day to day basis as I am not able to contact the relevent people
