    Thanks for advice..
    Does anyone have any horror stories for me to be careful of?
    We are having a seperate cupboard installed for our private storage.
    Rentals down there are apparently strong so I’m not too concerned about that at this stage..plus we want it for our own use as well..renting it out will be a bonus.

    I think we may see some changes if an interest rate increase comes..people tend to worry..it all makes for interesting reading/conversing though!
