    Thank you everyone so much for your thoughts and advice. It never ceases to amaze me  how much information and guidance people offer on this site!

    Goals are now outlined & broken into bite sized chunks, proudly displayed on the  fridge! No more AP for me!

    Jamie,  That's the trouble I already have 3 IPs & a PPR, I still get paralysed every time before I move to my next purchase. 

    You would think I'd have learnt by now !

    Ah Terry you have it in one!  I have been working on my spreadsheets for weeks – accounting background so you are pretty spot on!

    Derek, great idea on the timeframe, that will stop me from buzzing around in circles trying to find 'the best deal' as JacM & Jamie said.

    Yep i think that is definelty it, trying to make sure of the 'best' thing to do, deciding to do something & then looking over the shoulder and thinking 'but what if I do that?'

    Great tips, and I have given myself a good talking to, and reminder that to do nothing is probably the worst option!

    As I emailed to you earlier today – Rod & I cannot thank you enough for sorting out both our new & also our old messed up crazy loans over the past few months!  I don’t know what we would have done without you!

    Could you please send me a copy of the article that you wrote that everyone is asking for a copy of ?

    Thanks so much everyone for your help & suggestions.  I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it.

    I spoke to the agent yesterday who told me he had taken some internal shots to add to the web.  Even after another follow up request from me today & his assurance that they would be on there this afternoon they are not there…GRRR

    We are heading up to Wodonga tomorrow and I will be going round to the unit to tidy up a bit and look at some of the beautification suggestions everyone has made.  Along with meeting with other agents as I really don’t think this agent is working out for me. 

    I am hoping that with the offer of management of the two units one of the agents up there will be willing to give us good service (not holding my breath though!).

    Thank you all again for your fantastic feedback.  I truly don’t know what I would’ve done in the past 3 years without all the information I have gathered from this site!
