I’ve done her course and it was GREAT. She has some really good strategies to buy distressed property. I have a couple of friends who are doing really well with her strategies. I try to keep my distressed property page updated and will be adding some deals and renovations soon..

I agree with Nigel. I went to a course by Stuart Zadel and I knew nothing about property before attending the course. I found the strategies very simple but after the seminar it took a lot of motivation to stay focused to achieve the results. It’s not cheap but everyone I know who has done her course has gone on to make back the money on their first reno = well worth it.
