    Results is a year long course where they equip you with lots of different spread sheets reno, development, subdivision etc. Theres also hundreds of expert presented webinar recordings on all types of strategies.

    As a result of doing this course we are actively trading property and are on track to get out of paid employment and live comfortably on passive income generated from our investments within 8 yrs or less. 

    Some info of what you get doing RESULTS:

    1. You get your own coach that you can contact anytime and  run through potential deals.

    2. The coaches are all highly experienced – they have started their property investing experience the same way as all of us and have been able to give up their professional day jobs and live from their investing strategies – they all continue to invest

    3. They do not sell you any particular investing "products" or deals

    4. The people who are coaches – positive generous people by nature – this is the culture of results mentoring as an organization, there is also a culture of self responsibility

    5. Access to other specialists for advice – eg, you can talk to a development specialist about any issues, concerns or for general advice on your own development project. Its not an extra cost (The best value for us). There are some people that continue to be part of the program beyond the first year and use this as a consulting service for their projects.

    6 The course material is excellent, especially the webinars and still refer back to it 2 years on.

    7. Excellent networking opportunities – quarterly get together – networking activities are built into the program

    RESULTS  is not for the buy & hold market generated growth investor. They teach manufactured growth.

    Hi,

    We did Results Mentoring ( previously run by Steve McKnight ).  We think it was and still is the best course by far for mentoring/learning about all property investment & trading strategies in Australia and NZ. .

    Every one else that has done it would agree, i would think.

    Hi we just came back from Atlanta on a 4 day investing trip and a Holiday and ended up buying  off TRR and couldn't be happier with them and their service, all for a what we consided a small fee and no hassle.
     
    We did lots of desk research were going to do it all on our own but when we got over there and met them (for about 6hours in total) they were really generous with their time, knowledge and open with their costs and figures. They also let us go off and look through any of  their houses in various stages. We would not hesitate to buying off them from here (Melbourne) for the next one without seeing the property in person.

    We also loved Atlanta, because of its tall lush trees/forest everywhere even near the city (like King Lake Melb) , uncongested well designed freeways, really nice people, and it ticked all the investing boxes too and could also happily live there. The low entry housing has stopped falling there but the medium and especially the high priced houses are still dropping. 

    We were going to buy cheaper higher yielding 15-25k houses near the city (west & south west) but driving around there we found out why they were so cheap in some areas that we didnt notice on google street view. There were lots of abandoned buildings, lots of homeless on the streets, whole families on the front porchs sitting around during the day, and some areas we would be in trouble if we stoped and/or got out of the car.

    We bought a 3br 2.5bath Townhouse built in (05) with a lower yield but a nice family area with better growth. PP $42,100     8k Reno inc appliances    and will rent every day of the week for $950 per month   22.4% Gross 15.7%net Yield.

    It sounds like we are working for them but honestly we just had a great hassle free experence buying with them, and have photos to show of our purchase if people request it.

    Hi,  just wanted to this thread and say that anything is possible.  I can vouch for Tracey and in their attempt to be come from average family   to  finanaclly independent (decent passive income) in 3.5 years is well and truly achievable at the rate they are going.

    They are on track to get there in 2.5 years or less  from what i heard yesterday. The amount of time and money leverage and skill they have in this short time is almost unbelievable, and wouldn't think it was possible if i hadn't seen and heard it for my self.

    The best part is they are really nice and down to earth people, and deserve everything they have achieved and are working towards.
    Hope that helps and gives the average person/Mum & Dad family hope that they can do it in a short time.

    Hi james,

    could you let us know how you went,  and what  the structure/process was for the LLC setup, ITIN number, EIN, Bank acc, Etc…. We are going to the US in April for a holiday and to look at SFHs in Atlanta to buy without borrowing.

    We would like to be setup everything here first except for maybe trustworthy property managers, Realtors, and a handyman to do minor rehabs and organise other trades over there.
