So are you saying they are generally built in no go zones as far as good tennants are concerned?
The one’s I seen didn’t seem to be semi’s but were much cheaper than a standard home in the the same area,can you,or anyone elaborate on why this is the case?

As you know I am very knew to all of this and have only recently purchased my own home and have not yet entered the real world when it comes to investing,but a question I have noticed that keeps on getting ignored on this site is where to invest!

I have found high yields in the Sydney area and was wondering the same thing.If positive income is our main reason for investing wouldn’t this be a fantastic idea considering it is the only +ve IP’s available in the Sydney metro area?

isn’t positive cashflow the main reason for investing on this website?
i just think 3% is a pretty ordinary return unless you think the capital appreciation is going to go through the roof in a short space of time!
