The situation in Tasmania is a paradox. Ppl are cashing in and moving sth as its cheaper to retire. It has been described by commentators as our version of Florida (a much colder version ).

Can you tell just by looking if something contains asbestos ? I was told by a building inspector only a proper testing can confirm.
