    Hi all,

    As an investor new to creative investing. Could someone explain wholesalng, sandwich leasing and equity sharing?

    Hi shems,
    just go to Google and search the town you are interestedin or look up the census web page… beauru os statistics.

    Also when looking at properties there is sometimes infor on the town attached on the website.
